Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken livers;
  • 150 g sliced ​​champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 teaspoon macadamian nut oil;
  • 1 clove garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary;
  • 50 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 pinch of Xucker Light (erythritol).

The number of ingredients for this low-carb recipe is calculated per serving. The total cooking time, including the preparation of ingredients, takes about 30 minutes.

Cooking method

Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken's liver into pieces of the desired size.

Wash the mushrooms and slice. Peel the onions and garlic and finely dice.
