- 250 g chicken livers;
- 150 g sliced champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 1 teaspoon macadamian nut oil;
- 1 clove garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary;
- 50 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- 1 pinch of black pepper;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 pinch of Xucker Light (erythritol).
The number of ingredients for this low-carb recipe is calculated per serving. The total cooking time, including the preparation of ingredients, takes about 30 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken's liver into pieces of the desired size.
