Can I Eat Peanuts for Diabetes?

All over the world it is accepted to eat peanuts in a fried form. This not only improves the palatability, but also increases the amount of antioxidants in fruits. People who suffer from diabetes are advised to eat raw nuts. Choose a product carefully. It must be untreated and have a pleasant smell.

A diabetic patient who decides to add peanuts to their diet should do so gradually. You need to start with a few fruits. If this is not reflected in the state of health, gradually increase the portion. You can eat peanuts in their pure form (as a snack), or add it to salads or main dishes.
