Ingredients

  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 paprika;
  • 4 small tomatoes;
  • 1 mozzarella ball;
  • 400 g ground beef;
  • 200 g of granulated curd;
  • 200 g of grated Emmental cheese (or other cheese to choose from);
  • 30 g ground almonds;
  • 10 g of coke flour;
  • 10 g of psyllium husks;
  • 1 tablespoon oregano;
  • basil as desired;
  • some olive oil for frying;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking method

1.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C in the mode of upper and lower heating. Now prepare the ingredients for the pizza. First, peel the onion, cut it in half and cut the halves into rings. Also peel and chop the garlic cloves.

Fry the ground beef in a pan so that it becomes crumbly, salt and pepper. Add the onion rings and garlic to it and fry together until the onions are lightly browned. Then set aside the meat aside and let it cool slightly.

Wash the pepper and cut it into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters first. Remove the seeds from the quarters, along with the soft inside of the fruit, so that only firm flesh remains. Then chop it finely.

Allow the liquid to drain from the mozzarella, and then cut it into small cubes. Weigh the remaining ingredients.

Now you will need a large glass, bowl, or something similar with a suitable lid. Beat the eggs in this glass. Add granulated cottage cheese, ground almonds, coconut flour and psyllium husks. Mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer.

Now put in the glass all the remaining ingredients: crumbly fried minced meat, chopped vegetables, mozzarella and oregano. The last is grated Emmental cheese and the glass is covered with a lid. And now you need to take the glass in your hands and shake it so that all the ingredients are well mixed

Leave a sheet of baking paper and shake out the contents of the glass. Spread evenly and sprinkle the pizza with the remaining 100 grams of grated Emmental cheese and put in the oven.
